HIII!! My name is Ashley Frisch and I am currently serving as the Member Development Vice President. I am going into my fifth and final year as a mechanical engineering major where I specialize in mechatronics as my senior design project is to build an intelligent ground vehicle (space rover) . I want to use my degree to build AI and robots that get sent to space where my dream is to help further space exploration. Joining Alpha Xi Delta has encouraged and nurtured my path to success. My favorite part of being a part of this organization is how many people I have met along the way. I have met people with similar majors who helped me in class, but also people who are my closest friends and can get me to live a little crazier.

Hi! My name is Michelle Albert and I currently serve as the Finance and Operations Vice President for the Delta Rho chapter of Alpha Xi Delta. As the Finance VP I overlook everything that has to do with chapter finances as well as merit and attendance. With the help of my team we are always insuring the chapter’s financial success by keeping up do date with dues, creating a thought out and inclusive budget as well as keeping our sisters up to date with their merit and attendance standing to ensure the chapter’s growing participation and success. I joined Delta Rho Fall 2022 and am currently studying business marketing as well as business law. Joining this chapter turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made in my college career. Everyday I am surrounded by the strongest most resilient women and am always pushed to reach my full potential. From gaining multiple positions in the house, to serving on exec, and to meeting my lifelong friends I can confidently say I am forever grateful for this sisterhood.
